Best white chocolate I have ever had!

This is absolutely the best white chocolate I have ever had. It's smooth, creamy, and is perfect in cookies or just eating right out of the bag.

These are as tasty as any white chocolate we've used. It's hard to believe they're sugar free. They melt perfectly.

Meltdown nightmare.

These white chips were not smooth to begin with, and impossible to melt down into a creamy consistency. I tried twice using a double broiler, the second time using a small amount of cream, and both times the chips melted into a sticky, gritty mess. I like ChocZero white chocolate candy bars, so I'm really shocked the chips were so off. I wanted to make a sugar-free white chocolate dip for keto cake pops, but had to throw it out. I can't understand where I went wrong. I don't recommend these chips for melting.

White chocolate Chips a winner

This is the second time I ordered the large double bag of white chocolate chips to use in making holiday candy or truffle balls. I like having the convenience to easily make something from scratch I feel comfortable in eating.
So simple to melt these white chocolate chips in the microwave with a splash of MCT oil and then after completely melted stir in some applesweetened dried cranberries, flake coconut and chopped nuts to make a holiday festive nut clusters to share.
Yum yum and so easy.

They did not melt very week and were just okay.

Thanks for the feedback! White chocolate can be a bit tricky so melting it low and slow and stirring often usually helps. Make sure everything is completely dry (even a drop of water can cause it to seize). Also, adding a tiny bit of butter or coconut oil can help it melt smoother. We appreciate you giving it a try!
