Do your products raise blood sugar?

I was surprised after eating 3-4 of these chocolates that my blood sugar spiked to over 180....I haven't done a scientific study but I am concerned that my attempts to find a product that would give me a sweet treat before bed without raising my blood sugar may not be met with your products..... The candies do taste good with no digestive upset from sugar alcohols so I don't fault them from that perspective. I also bought dark chocolate chips and I'm not yet sure if they are also causing my blood sugar to spike. So far I have limited my consumption of the chips to no more than 2 tablespoons/serving/day and have been eating them with nuts. When I have time I will try to figure out how much my blood sugar is going up and how long it stays up after consuming the chips. Have you received indications from any of your other customers regarding the impact of your products on blood sugar? I seem to do OK with allulose or stevia but I'm worried about how my sugar levels are behaving with the sweetener you use.

These are still my favorite snack from Choc Zero! My only "complaint" is that there are 6 pieces of this lovely stuff in the bag! Wow, a slight disappointment! Other than this, the keto PB cups are always a great choice!

Pretty good

I like these, but prefer to dip the 92% dark chocolate squares in natural peanutbutter. The chocolate in these doesn’t quite have a strong enough flavor to stand up to the peanutbutter. Still, I do buy a bag, every now and then, to change it up.
