Unlike other keto approved jams, we used real ingredients with smart culinary techniques to bring you the perfect substitute. We soak zero glycemic melon pieces in strawberries then blend them together to create a traditional chunky jam texture that's under 1G of sugar. To finish it off, we used chia seeds and prebiotic fiber to help create a good consistency and mouthfeel!
