Spikes Blood Sugar!

My blood glucose was 95 and I ate about 5 handfuls of these and it spiked to 181 within 30 minutes! While these are very tasty, they are not good for Diabetics. I had hoped that the high Fiber would offset the high Carb load, but it does not at all. This was on an empty stomach to honestly test them. Depressing news to me as I really like them and wanted something tasty to snack on :-(
