Our sugar free 85% dark chocolate squares start with humble origins in South America where the key ingredient cocoa beans are grown by ethical cocoa farmers. Then they're brought to our sunny California factory where they're made into a rich chocolate, infused with premium Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and sweetened with the all natural monk fruit plant--a popular ketogenic sweetener.
Please note that this is a much darker chocolate, so only true cocoa lovers or those looking to use our chocolate to bake should proceed! We make much lighter dark chocolates in the 50% and 70% varieties.

Our squares are gluten free and contain zero animal product for dark chocolate varieties.
