My first try at chocolate with this high a percentage of cocoa. I'm sorry, but it's just too strong for me. I gave the rest of the package to a friend and she is enjoying it.

I received a tin of 92% choc zero chocolate squares for the holidays from a friend who knew three things about my chocolate needs: I much prefer dark chocolate, I’m prediabetic and I do not like the taste of stevia. This is the best dark chocolate I've ever had and I'm grateful it exists. I've just been spending a little too much on it, haha. Instead of re-ordering six bags every time my last batch runs out, I need to put some space in-between purchases. I've noticed that the concept of a clean, sugarless chocolate can become a 'I can have as many as I want' kind of mentality and lead to excess 'snack trips' to the kitchen. I want to clamp down on that so I don't just blow through a batch and end up spending money on chocolate too frequently, rather than saving some money for more important things.
