This keto 7 layer bar is made almost entirely from pantry ingredients and tastes like magic.
- 1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 cup heavy cream
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup keto caramel syrup
1 cup keto hazelnut spread
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the almond flour and sweetener.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and vanilla. Mix into the almond flour mixture until a dough forms.
Press the cookie dough into the lined pan.
Drop dollops of keto hazelnut spread over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and just slightly jiggly when gently shaking the pan.
