Cream Cheese LOW CARB Pancakes


2 eggs

2 oz cream cheese

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp 1:1 sugar substitute​

1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Combine eggs, cream cheese, ​sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon​. Mix until smooth.
  • ​Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the skillet; cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and ​repeat. Continue process to make more pancakes.
  • Top with 1 to 2 tbsps of ChocZero syrup.
